You can be in areas that seem like what they were 300 years ago, as well as discover new areas that were created for people like myself to walk or hike. It is a wonderful resource for all types of activities.

Lo que amo del Valle del Hudson es el acceso fácil a entornos naturales diversos ahí mismo al salir de la casa. Ríos, lagos, montañas — hay algo para cada persona en cualquier estación todo el año.

The Hudson Valley is an open classroom for me where I get to learn about the ecosystem while being able to do a lot of outdoor activities. We need to be able to share this with generations to come and to protect the fragile ecosystem we call home.
