I love living in the Hudson Valley because of the strong connection between agriculture and conservation that's made possible by the people who live here and love to call this place home.
The natural value of the river and its ecosystem is really important, not only for the valley itself, but for the whole country. It's just a wonderful place.
It is important that we defend the Hudson Valley and all the wild habitats for our wild friends who depend on it every day for their home, their food, and their survival.
I love being part of a community that has so much diversity in growing food —to be able to grow food and have healthy food at a local farm near me.

We want to keep our wildlife. We want to maintain the beauty of this area.... We want it to be a great destination and a great place for our families.
My family has been here for generations amongst its flora and fauna, its rivers and fields and forests, and I really hope its able to be here for many generations more.
The Hudson Valley has been discovered! It's wonderful that it's being used and enjoyed, but I think it needs to be really carefully planned for this new increase in population.

The Hudson Valley is an open classroom for me where I get to learn about the ecosystem while being able to do a lot of outdoor activities. We need to be able to share this with generations to come and to protect the fragile ecosystem we call home.
